Macaroni and Cheese, according to Ina Garten’s recipe (this is before putting it in the oven). This time, a few weeks ago I think, I had used cheddar, which created a sort of “normal”, not very exciting but tasty, dish. Gruyere is supposed to be the way to go, but it’s expensive!
